Admins are always looking for ways to wow their users, and with Salesforce Lightning this is easier than ever. The drag and drop, the componentized interface allows you to create experiences completely unique to your company and users.

In this year’s Summer ’19 release, the feature “Salesforce Celebration” was released. With the very specific use case of spraying confetti all over your screen in certain circumstances! The feature was brought out once a user progresses a stage on a Path (On Opportunities or any other object which utilizes path), adding a little bit of fun to the mix and letting the user know they are on the right path.

Salesforce Celebration Features

To set up Salesforce Celebration, all you need to do is edit your path, and on the last screen, you will see options for the celebration. Here are a few of the main features…

• Salesforce Celebration can be added to any object which utilizes the Path feature
• You can set the celebration to occur on specific stages, maybe you just want to set upon closed won, or another stage which is a milestone to celebrate.
• You can set the celebration to occur rarely (5%), sometimes (20%), often (50%), or always (100%)
• It works on mobile as well
